Your journey with EY RCM starts with a signed contract,
initiating a customized collaboration that respects your
unique regulatory needs through tailored content,
functionality and usability.

2. Content
customization

Business profile analysis
We map out your firm’s structure, legal entity, core business
operations, subsidiaries, and third-party branches to help
ensure a service that fits your specific business environment.

Content matrix development
We work closely with you to develop a detailed understanding
of each legal entity within your organization and to define the
scope of your business activities, such as regulated services
and products, to help ensure the content matrix is relevant.

Detailed questionnaire
We jointly complete a detailed questionnaire that pinpoints
your regulatory concerns and preferred issuing authorities.
This helps us refine the content matrix to accurately reflect
the needs and nuances of your business.

3. User identification
and registration

Pilot group selection
We work with your team to identify a pilot group of users,
such as key compliance and regulatory stakeholders, to
lead platform adoption within your organization.

Account creation
We assist each user with account setup, from basic details
to advanced preferences, helping to ensure their profile is
tailored to their individual needs.

License allocation
We determine the optimal number of user licenses based
on your operational needs and scalability requirements,
customizing access levels and functionality for each user
to help ensure efficient platform management.

Access customization
We work with you to help ensure user permissions are
tailored to their roles, granting appropriate access to platform
modules like regulatory inventory and horizon scanning.

4. Training and support

Targeted training program
We start with a detailed training program that includes
user manuals, live sessions, and interactive webinars covering
essential features, best practices, and navigation tips.

Dedicated support teams
Following training, users gain direct access to our dedicated
support teams for professional assistance – from technical
functionalities to regulatory content queries.

Defined service response
We set clear service levels and response times for all queries,
aiming for immediate acknowledgment of issues and resolution
within two days. Our service level agreement is available
upon request.

Hyper care phase
After activation, we provide enhanced support and frequent
review sessions to help ensure a smooth transition – providing
immediate troubleshooting to quickly resolve any initial issues.
We schedule regular check-ins and capture user feedback for
ongoing improvement.

5. Activation and engagement

Final review and agreement
Before the platform goes live, we conduct a final review
with your team to help ensure the content matrix meets all
requirements and to make any last-minute adjustments.
Once all stakeholders agree on the final setup, we schedule
a go-live date for all users so that everyone starts with the
same content base and access capabilities.

Platform launch
On the scheduled date, the platform is activated,
granting users access to customized regulatory compliance
content and resources.

6. Ongoing review and updates

Scheduled content reviews
We hold regular review meetings at least quarterly to help ensure your
regulatory content is up-to-date and reflects any changes in your
business or regulatory environment.

Adaptive content strategy
In these reviews, we assess and adjust the content matrix to

We update your content profile as needed, adding new jurisdictions
