I joined EY as a recruitment coordinator intern facilitating the overall recruitment process. In August 2019, I started working in the Talent team of EY Luxembourg. I was promoted as project and performance improvement analyst in March 2021- with a focus on HR Digital Transformation projects. I have taken part in projects involving Automation, ERP, AI, Data & People Analytics to support Talent Performance Improvement.
EY encourages flexible and international working which attracted me the most. Here, I learn how to overcome all the challenges through innovation and get lots of opportunities for my career growth. EY really helps me to fulfil my purpose as it is constantly throwing me in at the deep end, pushing me out of my comfort zone yet providing me with the resources and support I need to tackle any challenges.
What inspired you at EY?
At first, I had never imagined working in the Technology field. I was motivated by my counsellor to explore our EY Badges programme and learn. I started with my first EY Badge in Digital. My curiosity grew for digital transformation and eventually I transitioned into our newly created HR Enablement team. I have now finished nine Badges, and I hope to apply for the EY Tech MBA this year. My knowledge has expanded to broader topics, and my understanding of the EY network has improved. I continuously trained myself and was given more responsibility over time.
EY encourages and supports women in Technology.
