Patricia is a senior consultant at EY, Luxembourg, and is currently enrolled as a project manager in a global D365 implementation project. Outside of work she’s passionate about sports and her dog, Polly. Learn more about how she has pivoted her career at EY, following her joining the Human Capital team in 2011.
I began my career within Tax/PAS (People Advisory Services) at EY, building my knowledge, expertise and client-facing acumen. In 2019, however, I sadly experienced a difficult health issue and I started questioning my real purpose and passion. I started to explore new opportunities at EY, and which area of the business was right for my skillset, and would give me the scope to pivot my career in a different direction.
Transitioning into the Consulting Practice has given me the opportunity to fulfill my personal purpose at EY. Seeing the growth of the business area over the past few years, the impact we are making, and skillset of my colleagues continues to inspire me to succeed.
I’m currently working as a Project Manager and act as the subject matter expert for all HR issues related to the D365 roll out. I’m also proud to be part of the SteerCo for the EMEIA Women in Technology Network at EY, several global D&I networks and to have helped launching EY Ripples in EY Luxembourg, supporting the growth of our Corporate Social Responsibility program locally.
What I enjoy the most in my role at EY is the dynamism of it, the ability to solve problems for clients and to make their working world better.
From taking part in a global PAS competition to EY badges, I really value the opportunities given to me across my time at EY. I have currently finished six badges and am on track to complete my EYTech MBA later this year. (This is free to all EY people) My team and broader leaders have been very supportive of my additional learning too, allowing me to continue to build my skillset and drive my career forward.
